What you need to know about supplements
When your health is at stake, you need to know exactly what a supplement can and can not do for you. Be wary of manufacturers marketing hype or ancient claims. You need to know the actual facts about the products you're considering. This is especially important when you are facing life and death situations. It is highly recommended that you only buy supplements from companies that can back up their product claims with published clinical and scientific research appearing in peer reviewed medical journals. Many (if not most) dietary supplement companies make their product claims based on unproven traditional claims and selected clinical research that was conducted on a few of their active ingredients, "not their actual product". Unfortunately most companies forget to mention some very important facts such as: does their product contain the dosage amounts of active ingredients used in their referenced clinical trials? Are their product ingredients standardised to ensure that a consistent therapeutic dose can be administered? Can they guarantee that their formulation will not have any negative reaction or bad side-affects to your health.
